Movses Hakobyan: Karabakh conflict will be resolved by Karabakh people

The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be resolved by the Nagorno-Karabakh people, Defense Minister of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Movses Hakobyan said while visiting Sardarapat memorial complex on the occasion of the First Armenian Republic Day.

“No one can solve this issue. No one can force anything on the Karabakh people. Everyone must understand this,” he said, adding that the situation is calm on the border these days.
