Haykakan Zhamanak: Arzuman Harutyunyan on his appointment as NSS director

“All these rumors are absurd. You will know everything in due time,” deputy director of National Security Service Arzuman Harutyunyan told Haykakan Zhamanak, commenting on the rumors about his possible appointment as National Security Council director.

Asked whether he would accept such a proposal, Harutyunyan replied that this position is not offered to anyone and the NSS director is appointed by the country’s President.
