Haykakan Zhamanak: Still early to speak about personnel reshuffles

Armenian National Assembly Speaker Galust Sahakyan refuted the rumors that Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan may quit his post and be transferred to Armenia, saying that it is a rumor which is being circulated by journalists, Haykakan Zhamanak reports. 

No personnel reshuffles are expected in the near future, he said in response to the newspaper’s question. There is much time until 2018 and it is still early to speak about reshuffles, he said.
