Zhoghovurd: Prosecutor General’s Offices of Armenia and Russia in active correspondence

The Armenian and Russian Prosecutor General’s Offices are in active correspondence over the tragic murder of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri by Russian serviceman Valery Permyakov, Zhoghovurd reports. Their correspondence is kept secret and it is not known yet what agreement they have reached.
