Zhoghovurd: Samvel Karapetyan has no plans to buy ENA

Russian-based Armenian billionaire Karen Karapetyan has no intention to buy the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), his brother, Republican MP Karen Karapetyan, told Zhoghovurd daily.

Speaking about the situation in ENA, Karen Karapetyan said, “The system is physically and morally worn out and major investments are needed, but the investments’ portfolio has grown so large that the company is no longer perceived as a reliable partner for long-term and low interest rate loans.”
