Haykakan Zhamanak: Date of constitutional referendum under consideration

The date of holding a constitutional referendum is being discussed in ruling circles, ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily says. It is not ruled out the referendum will take place on November 29. The commission member Gagik Ghazinyan said the draft would be submitted to parliament for debate in August or early September.
