RSRC leaves Yerevan Jur Company water tariffs unchanged

At a sitting today, the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia (PSRC) discussed the water supply tariffs of Yerevan Jur Company.

“After discussing the issue and taking into account Articles 14, 79 and 79.1 of the Water Code and a letter filed by Yerevan Jur on June 29, 2015 , the PSRC decided to leave the water supply and sewage tariff unchanged at 170.256 drams per cubic (inclusive of VAT). The decision takes effect on August 9, 2015,” the Commission said in a statement.
