Zhoghovurd: Audit firm for Electric Networks to be selected by Armenian government and Inter RAO UES

Boris Kovalchuk, the head of Russia’s Inter RAO UES, said he is prepared to sell Inter RAO’s subsidiary Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) if “a fair price is offered”, according to ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper. B. Kovalchuk also said that the Armenian government and Inter RAO UES will hold a tender to select an audit firm to conduct an audit of ENA.
