Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov blew a kiss to Facebook followers to a song of Cher. According to Russian News Service, this was the minister’s playful way to wish the Russians a happy weekend.

In a video posted by the foreign ministry, Sergei Lavrov waves his hand, smiles and then blows a kiss to all Internet users, while Cher’s The Shoop Shoop Song is being played.
