Zhamanak: Headquarters for constitutional changes to be headed by prime minister

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said at the sitting of Council of the Republican Party of Armenia that Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan will deal with organizational issues related to the holding of a constitutional referendum, ‘Zhamanak’ says citing sources. According to the paper, it means that PM Abrahamyan will head the headquarters in charge of carrying out constitutional changes.
