Apricot exports from Armenia significantly higher than last year

Over 45 thousand tons of fresh fruit and vegetables have so far been exported from Armenia compared with 27,287 tons over the same period in 2014.

18,787 tons of apricots were exported as of July 20 against 1,791 in the year 2014, according to the press service of Agriculture Ministry.

Cherry exports amounted to 1,830 tons so far – compared to just 370 tons in 2014.
