Haykakan Zhamanak: Falling oil and copper prices negatively affect socioeconomic life in Armenia

Oil and copper prices dropped yesterday on the London stock exchange, ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily reports. Falling oil prices have an impact on remittances sent to Armenia from Russia, the paper says. Armenia’s revenues from exports of non-ferrous metals have also declined in parallel with a fall in oil prices, which will affect negatively the socioeconomic situation in Armenia.
