James Warlick: A negotiated settlement is possible if the parties are ready and willing

The U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick wrote on Twitter that he is meeting today with Azerbaijan’s president and foreign minister in Baku to discuss a settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
