Zhoghovurd: Hrachia Harutyunyan’s handover to Armenia comes to a close

The process of handing over Hrachia Harutyunyan, an Armenian charged in Russia over a serious road accident near Moscow, to Armenian law enforcers is coming to a close, ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper writes. Russian Justice Ministry said H. Harutyunyan has no liabilities, including financial ones, nor is he involved in other court proceedings.
