Owners of Grand Candy deny sale rumors – ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper

The financial position of Grand Candy Company has considerably changed since the death of its owner Hrant Vardanyan. Rumors started to swirl recently that the Vardanyan family intends to sell the business and their property and leave Armenia, according to ‘Zhoghovurd’.

“They just failed so far to find a relevant buyer. We contacted the company spokesman Vahram Brutyan to verify the rumors. “The information is not true. It is an absolute lie,” he said,” the paper writes.
