Zhoghovurd: Draft Constitution to be submitted to president on August 1

The Commission on Constitutional Reforms will submit the draft of the new Constitution of Armenia to President Serzh Sargsyan on August 1, ‘Zhoghovurd’ says.

The paper notes that out of the parliamentary forces, only ARF-Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD) spoke in favor of the new draft. ARFD is going to make a special statement soon, according to ‘Zhoghovurd’.
