Zhoghovurd: Attested son of Syunik governor a recipient of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union’s medal

‘Zhoghovurd’ paper learned that Syunik regional governor Suren Khachatryan’s son Tigran Khachatyan who was arrested on July 25 was recently awarded a medal of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union.  
 

It turned out that Tigran Khachatryan is the head of the Yerkrapah Union’s youth branch in the city of Goris. The information about Khachatryan’s medal was confirmed yesterday by deputy mayor of Kapan, head of the Union’s youth organization in Armenia’s Syunik province Rudolf Sasrgyan who began praising Tigran Khachatryan.   
 

“After joining the ranks of Yerktrapah, he displayed activity and was able to successfully organize various events,  and for that reason he was nominated for the award. Chairman of Yerkrapah Union’s council, Hero of Artsakh, Major General Manvel Grigoryan presented the medal to him,” R. Sargsyan told the paper.
