Vladimir Posner calls Chris Bohjalian’s book a discovery

Russian TV show host and journalist Vladimir Posner considers “The Sandcastle Girls” book by Chris Bohjalian a discovery.
“The Sandcastle Girls is wonderful, and I use this word in a classical sense. It is wonderful as it stands out against ordinary books,” V. Posner said in a statement on his official website.

“I think the book is a discovery. I am deeply convinced that everyone should read it, regardless of age, religion, and nationality,” Posner wrote.

“The Sandcastle Girls” was published in 14 languages in 20 countries. It is based on a true story of Armenian Genocide survivors who tried to start life anew in the foreign land.
