Zhamanak: UAR leader plans to run in 2017 parliamentary elections

President of the Union of Armenians of Russia (UAR) Ara Abrahamyan declared in front of about 250 Armenians in the U.S. on August 12 that he intended to run in the 2017 parliamentary elections in Armenia, ‘Zhamanak’ paper writes.

Abrahamyan did not say if he is going to run as a candidate of a party or as an independent MP.
