Hraparak: Life-term prisoners to go on hunger strike

‘Hraparak’ paper says that life-term prisoners in ‘Nubarashen’ penitentiary are tired of waiting for the authorities to start the process of examining their applications so that some changes could be made, for example, early parole of those kept in prison for over 20 years. They have decided to go on hunger strike starting September 15. The maximum number of life-termers will participate in the hunger strike.
