Haykakan Zhamanak: Permyakov to undergo psychological-psychiatric evaluation

Russian conscript Valery Permyakov who is charged with murder of the seven members of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri, Armenia, will undergo a psychological-psychiatric evaluation, ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily reports. The evaluation will be conducted today at the Russian military base in Armenia.

The legal successors of the aggrieved party filed a petition for evaluation. They will also be present at the examination.
