Haykakan Zhamanak: Ara Abrahamyan’s brother gets Order of Friendship from Putin

By a decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Gagik Abrahamyan - who is President of Jewelry Company of Armenia (JCA) and the brother of Chairman of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan – was awarded the Order of Friendship. Gagik Abrahamyan received the Russian award for his “great contribution to the strengthening of friendship and cooperation and the development of economic and cultural ties”. Another five foreign citizens were also honored with high awards.
