Haykakan Zhamanak: Revenue collection hard to calculate in 2016 state budget

‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily writes that the draft state budget for 2016 is put on the agenda of the next sitting of the Armenian parliament. The document differs from the previous drafts in that there is some uncertainty about revenue collection, which is hard to calculate, mainly due to the current situation in Russia – Armenia’s exports to Russia fell, while remittances from that country are also on the decline, the paper says.
