Haykakan Zhamanak: Draft constitutional amendments to be put to vote on October 5

The parliamentary faction of the Republican Party of Armenia plans to put the draft constitutional amendments to the vote in the parliament on October 5. The faction head Vahram Baghdasaryan told ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily that discussions with political parties have been completed, and there are also no plans to hold more debates in the parliament.
