Seyran Ohanyan, new military attaché of Russia discuss regional issues

Russian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volynkin visited Armenian Defense Ministry. During a meeting with Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, the ambassador presented the new Air and Military Attache of Russia Yevgeny Bulavintsev, the press service of the Russian embassy was reported as saying by RIA Novosti. 

In a warm, friendly atmosphere the sides exchanged opinions on Russian-Armenian military cooperation and regional issues.
Y. Bulavintsev has replaced Andrey Beryozkin as Russian military attaché to Armenia.
