Hraparak: Preparations complete for constitutional referendum

Preparations for a referendum on the constitutional reform in Armenia are complete, chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Armenia Tigran Mukuchyan told ‘Hraparak’ paper. “Preparations have finished. As regards the referendum itself, we will start working as soon as the date is set,” he said.
