Hraparak:Tashir Group plans structural changes within ENA

‘Hraparak’ paper writes citing its sources that Tashir Group - the new owner of Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) – plans to make structural changes within the company, in particular deprive the branches of their independence.

Audits showed that the largest cases of embezzlement are committed by directors of branches, the paper says, noting ENA has 11 branches.
