Zhoghovurd: CHG stations in Armenian regions charge different prices for gas

Compressed natural gas (CNG) stations in various regions of Armenia charge different prices for gas. For example, a cubic meter of gas costs 180-200 drams in Armavir region as compared to 170-180 drams in Artashat, according to ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper. The price of one cubic meter of gas is 160-170 drams in Tavush province, and the highest price (200-210 drams) is in the capital city – Yerevan. So business entities apparently make hyper profits at the expense of Armenian residents.
