Hraparak: Ex-mayor supports new Constitution without same-sex marriages

When asked to express his opinion about the draft new Constitution of Armenia, ex-mayor of the Armenian city of Gyumri, Vardan Ghukasyan, told ‘Hraparak’ paper that he is now not engaged in politics, and the question should be addressed to other people. “However, if there is no provision on same-sex marriages in the new Constitution, then I am in favor of the amendments,” he said.
