Hraparak: State to raise protection of border settlements

“Hraparak’ paper writes the Armenian government has decided to take measures to raise the level of protection of the civilian population of border villages and military units against rocket strikes. A decision was taken to build shelters in villages and settlements facing such a threat. New, safer dugouts will be built in military units. The program will last until 2020, according to the paper.
