Hraparak: President not to campaign personally in favor of constitutional reform

‘Hraparak’ paper says that Armenian President, Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Serzh Sargsyan will not participate personally in the campaign in favor of constitutional amendments.

“In all likelihood the president will speak on television,” the deputy chief of the central campaign office Vahram Baghdasaryan told the paper.
