Hraparak: Raffi Hovannisian to return to Armenia after alcohol addiction treatment

‘Hraparak’ paper says that health of Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovannisian is back to normal, and he will return to Armenia soon. According to the newspaper, Hovannisian has spent quite a long time in the Unites States where he was being treated for alcohol addiction.

In Armenia, Raffi  Hovannisian will take an active part in the campaign against the constitutional reform.
