Hraparak: Tsarukyan not to vote in upcoming referendum

‘Hraparak’ paper says that the former leader of Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Gagik Tsarukyan will not vote in the referendum on the constitutional reform in Armenia. Tsarukyan is now on a private foreign visit and is expected to return to Armenia after the referendum.

The paper notes that Tsarukyan participated in a session of the International Olympic Committee. He celebrated his birthday abroad and is now rumored to be in Dubai.
