Prosecutor General orders to investigate the incident with RFE/RL Armenian service journalists

Prosecutor General has ordered the Police Department of Arabkir district in Yerevan to start investigation of the alleged obstruction of the duties of RFE/RL journalist, which was streamed online by Armenian service of RFE/RL on its website earlier today, December 6.

The statement about launching the investigation was made by the press service of the office of the Prosecutor General.

Earlier today, around 14:00 in the area of Komitas market, nearby “Yes” campaign local office, an elderly woman who introduced herself as a member of Republican Party had been obstructing the work of RFE/RL Armenian service local journalist.
