Haykakan Zhamanak: PM of Karabakh rules out deployment of Russian peacekeepers now

Prime Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Araik Harutyunyan has ruled out the possibility of deployment of Russian peacekeepers in the Karabakh conflict zone. In response to a question of ‘Haykakan Zhamanak daily, he said: “This is ruled out at the current stage”. “We should hold discussions, to examine in order to see how expedient it is,” he added.
