Artsrun Hovhannisyan: Situation on border with Azerbaijan can be described as war

It is no secret to anyone that the situation on the border with Azerbaijan can be described as a war, the spokesman for Armenian defense minister, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, said at a meeting with reporters today.

“This is a war, and it is impossible anymore to speak about violations of the ceasefire because there is no ceasefire regime,” he said.

As regards the logic of actions of the Armenian armed forces, A. Hovhannisyan said that preventive measures are being taken to foil Azerbaijan’s serious plans and tasks.
