Defense Ministry of NKR: Azerbaijan fired about 4,000 shots at Armenian positions

On January 3-9 the Azerbaijani forces fired about 4,000 shots at Armenian positions from small arms of various calibers on the line of contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan, the press service of Defense Ministry of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic said.

According to the source, the frontline units of NKR Defense Army largely refrained from responding to provocative actions of Azerbaijan and continued to perform confidently their military duties.
