168 Hours: Head of Armenian delegation in PACE may quit

‘168 Hours’ paper says that Head of the Armenian delegation in the PACE Hermine Naghdalyan will resign soon and be replaced by Samvel Farmanyan. The replacement will take place after the PACE session in late January.
