Hraparak: Talks to form a coalition began on December 30

‘Hraparak’ paper says that the negotiations between the authorities and ARF-Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD) Party began on December 30. The second meeting took place on January 8, but no final decision was reached. ARFD has made considerable demands, in particular, it wants to get three ministerial portfolios and three posts of regional governors, according to the paper. For their part, the authorities propose running in the elections based on a common list, which ARFD does not consider desirable.
