Zhoghovurd: New director of Electric Networks of Armenia has to meet a requirement

‘Zhoghovurd’ paper says that the new director of Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) Karen Harutyunyan was appointed to that position on condition that he meets a requirement. He was told that he will receive the same high salary as his predecessor Yevgeny Bibin, but he has to rule out corruption and theft. Electricity theft cases were previously presented as losses in the reports, the paper notes.
