2885 theatre performances featured in Armenian theatres in 2015

2885 plays, 2303 of which in Yerevan were performed in 26 Armenian theatres in 2015, reports the National Statistics Service of Armenia.

According to data provided from 28 theatres in Armenia, only 26 of them organized theatre performances. There are 17 dramatic, 4 musical, 5 puppet, 1 young audience theatres and a circus. 18 of 28 theatres operate in Yerevan.

512.739 people visited theatres in 2015. The revenues amounted to AMD 412.1 million.
