Armenia wins silver and bronze medals during World Individual Deaf Chess Championships

16th World Individual Deaf Chess Championships launched on May 17, are over in Yerevan Chess House after T. Petrosyan.

120 deaf chess players from 24 countries have participated in the championships. The chess players competed in 3 age groups.

One of the representatives of Armenia Saro Melqonyan gained 4 points and won a silver medal, and veteran Hakob Hakobyangained became bronze medallist with 4.5 points.
