Rio 2016: Weightlifter Andranik Karapetyan crashes out of the Olympics

The 31st Summer Olympics weren’t kind to Armenian weightlifter Andranik Karapetyan, who crashed out of the Olympics during a second attempt to lift 195kg.

The 77kg weightlifter had to take evasive action as his left arm gave way when attempting the clean and jerk.

According to Daily Mail , early suggestions were that Andranik Karapetyan had suffered a dislocated elbow.
