President Sargsyan headed for Artsakh

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan today left for the Nagorno Karabakh Republic on a working visit to participate in the events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the proclamation of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, reads the statement released by the press department of the President’s Office.
