Tobacco production levels increase by 23.5% in Armenia

Compared with 2015, during January-July, 2016 tobacco production levels increased by 23.5%.
According to the National Statistics Service of Armenia, 9 322.0 million cigarettes were produced in the country during the same period in 2015, while in 2016 the number reached 11 514.5 million.
As a result of the recorded growth, the share of tobacco production in the industry is 14.1%.
