Criminal case initiated concerning NKD DA serviceman’s murder by adversary

Second garrison unit of General Military Investigative Department initiated a criminal case on the murder of NKR Defence Army soldier, Sevak Khachatryan by the adversary.

According to the department of information and public relations of the Investigative Committee, on September 25 at about 10:45am local time, the adversary fatally wounded NKR DA serviceman, Sevak Khachatryan.

Second garrison unit of General Military Investigative Department initiated a criminal case on committing the crime of murder based on national, racial or religious hatred or religious fanaticism. The investigation is underway.
