Amendments to Armenia’s Code on Subsoil adopted

Armenia’s National Assembly adopted draft law on making amendments and supplements to the Code on Subsoil of the Republic of Armenia during its extraordinary session held today in Yerevan.

The legislation was adopted in the first reading with 62 in favor, 4 against and 18 abstaining votes.

In the second and final reading the Law on making amendments and supplements to the Code on Subsoil of the Republic of Armenia was adopted with the attached legislative package.
