Lars road open for passenger vehicles

Stepantsminda-Lars highway, connecting Armenia with Georgia through the Lars checkpoint, is open for light passenger vehicles with antiskid chains as of 16։30 am December 15, Armenian Ministry of Transport and Communication reported, referring to the report by Roads Department at Georgia’s Ministry of Infrastructure.
