New law “On Drugs” comes into force today

The new RA law “On Drugs” has taken effect from today. The Ministry of Health informs that all the norms (including the norm to release the drugs upon a prescription) that require adoption of legal acts to be implemented as prescribed by law (government decisions and executive orders by the Minister of Health) will take into effect when the appropriate legislative act is adopted and enters into force pursuant to Part 4 of Article 68 of the RA law on “Legal Acts”.

RA Ministry of Health will provide additional information when the legal acts are adopted and take into effect.
