Levon Aronian suffers his first defeat at London Chess Classic

Leading member of the Armenian national chess team GM Levon Aronian suffered his first defeat in the round 6 of London Chess Classic. The Armenian player lost to Maxime Vachier-Lagrave with the Frenchmen claiming the victory on move 41. 

After six rounds, Aronian has scored 3 points and is on the 4-8 places of the tournament table.

To note, Aronian started the tournament with a victory followed by 4 successive draws.
